I love vibrant color! When I was young I used to close my eyes while listening to music, I would see beautiful colors bleeding into each other. That was long before I started painting.
If I had to put some kind of name to my work, I guess it would have to be "Hardedge". The artists which influenced my work most probably are Piet Mondrian, Ellsworth Kelly and Hans Hoffman.
In the last few years my work has a lot to do with "what happens if I put this color with this shape next to that shape and that color?" I like to use flat colors with no gradation or bleeding of colors into each other.
I am very proud to have been one of the selected artists for the Las Vegas "2004 Street of Dreams©"
